Who I am
I am a thriver.
I’ve jumped over fire more times than I can count, sometimes literally, sometimes through illness, heartbreak, or unexpected turns of life. For years I lived in survival mode without even knowing it. Cancer woke me up. It taught me that surviving wasn’t enough. In the middle of diagnosis, treatments, and all that followed, I discovered how to thrive. That’s why I call myself a thriver.
My path has been shaped by joy, grit, and transformation. Life has knocked me down, but each time I found a way to stand back up, often laughing through tears, and rebuild, not just to get by, but to grow stronger, deeper, and more whole. These days, I help others do the same, with a little less tripping and a lot more thriving.
Whether I’m supporting a client after surgery, guiding someone through a move or a life transition, creating sacred space for grief, or helping new mothers and babies feel safe and seen, my intention is the same: to meet you exactly where you are, with empathy, integrity, and presence.
I believe becoming the best version of ourselves isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about remembering who we already are beneath the noise. For me, thriving is woven through intuition, creativity, ritual, therapeutic baths, nourishing food, rest, laughter, and reclaiming your voice.
I’ve walked this path alongside thousands of women, men, and children, through holistic births in copper tubs, tender conversations in times of loss, and now as a Thriver Advocate rewriting the cancer narrative. I’m a magnetic blend of mystic, maven, and Manhattanite, equal parts storyteller and city sage. A post-chemo phoenix with a camera always ready for floral close-ups and a scrapbook full of technicolor metaphors.
I’m not afraid to rewrite life’s manual, whether that means enhancing the script on thriver-ship, reimagining fashion as a form of healing, or speaking the truth with a splash of humor and lavender oil. My memoir-in-the-making is more than a book, it’s a movement. My legacy is already alive through generations of births, baths, and brave conversations.
